    Step 2: On medium heat, place the skillet or pan, sear chicken thighs on both sides until golden and cooked through.
    Step 3: Drain most of the excess oil, leaving some for added flavors.
    Step 4: When chicken is cooked, add garlic and fry for 30 seconds.
    Step 5: Add honey, water, soy sauce, and vinegar; cook for 3-4 minutes until the sauce reduces and thickens.

    • 1 lb medium uncooked shrimp, peeled and deveined

    Step 1: In a medium bowl, whisk honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger together(marinated mixture)

    Step 2: In a large bowl, place the shrimps. Pour ½ of the marinated mixture on the top and cover it completely. Cover and refrigerate the shrimps for 15 minutes and allow it to marinate.

    Step 3: Heat olive oil in a skillet or pan on a medium-high flame. Place the shrimps and discard the used marinated mixture. For about 45 seconds, cook the shrimps on one side until pink and turn them over.

    Step 4: Pour the remaining marinated mixture, cook, and flip the shrimps for 1 more minute.

    Ingredients:

    • Half a pumpkin split in two; deseeded

    • 1 cup cream

    • 1 bulb of garlic skin removed

    • 2-liter chicken stock

    • 2 red chilies- 1 deseeded and finely chopped
