A healthy ingredient that one can always find in their homes is Honey. Honey is nature's gift to mankind. It is everything, it’s an ancient folk remedy for healing medical problems, works as a natural sweetener, a good source of energy and not to forget it is nutritious too.
From ancient times, honey is being used in cooking worldwide. People use this as an alternative for sugar because it makes the food more healthful than granulated white sugar.
