From the ancient, holy land of Palestine, the cradle of civilization, this olive oil is grown within an agricultural climate, healthy ecosystem and fertile soil, ideal for olive production. Often referred to as the “tree of eternity,” the olive trees are centuries, even thousands of years old, giving the olives a mature, rich flavor high in nutritional value.
The olives are organically grown and hand-picked on a Palestinian family farm near Ramallah in the West Bank in a pesticide-free, biodiverse environment. The oil is naturally cold pressed and is never exposed to the destructive elements of heat or chemical processes.
This oil tastes and smells like olives. It is so raw that you might experience a slight burning sensation and find traces of olives inside. It's unlike any olive oil you've ever tasted!
